On May 8, 2026, at 8:45AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Randy Miranda met with Site Director Rachita Bhandari to deliver the findings from a complaint investigation for the above allegation. LPA toured the facility and obtained a copy of the facility roster. Present for the inspection were the site director, 1 interim assistant director, 8 teachers, 5 assistants, 1 kitchen staff, and 63 preschool age children in care.

Based on interviews conducted, observations, and record review, LPA reviewed the cleaning processes and did not observe trash in the parent area. Referencing both recent and past inspections, LPA has not observed unsanitary conditions. However, although the allegation that the facility is unsanitary may have happened or may be valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove whether the alleged violation did or did not occur. Therefore, the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Appeal Rights provided. Exit interview
conducted and report was reviewed with site director, Rachita Bhandari.
