Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jyoti Saini arrived unannounced to deliver the findings from a complaint investigation for the above allegation. LPA met with assistant director Jennifer Chu. Present during today's visit there were 24 infant age children and 5 staff members.

Based on the interviews with the staff and parents, LPA did not find any concrete evidence to support the alleged. Therefore, Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is deemed UNSUBSTANTIATED.
Notice of site visit was provided and must be posted for 30 days.
Appeal rights were given, and an exit interview was conducted with assistant director Jennifer Chu.

Based on the observations, interviews, and record reviews, the facility states that the required ratios are always maintained. Management steps in to provide support if additional help is needed. Therefore, Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is deemed UNSUBSTANTIATED.
