25 | On June 23, 2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Indira Loza met with both Licensees, Carmen Colon-Price and Carmen Bielefeldt, for an Unannounced Annual/Random Inspection. Living in the home are both licensees and Carmen Bielefeldt's spouse. Present during the inspection were two infants, six preschoolers, and both Licensees. The home was toured for a health and safety check. The facility's operation hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30am – 5:30pm.
The home is a single family house consisting of two bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining room, garage, and fully fenced in backyard.
ON LIMIT AREAS: Living room, dining-room, small bedroom at the rear of the home, and bathroom next to the laundry room.
OFF LIMITS AREAS: The two bedrooms, upper section of the backyard, garage, laundry room which is used as a walk through.
ISOLATION AREA: in the living room
All toxins, cleaning products, medications, and hazardous materials were observed to be in inaccessible areas. The home is clean and orderly, with heating and ventilation for safety and comfort. The home has safe toys, play equipment, and materials available to the children. There were no wall heaters or open face heaters in the daycare. Licensee stated there are no firearms in the home. There are no pools, fixed-in-place wading pools, hot tubs, spa, fish pond or any similar bodies of water on the daycare premises.
