 On August 6, 2024 at 08:30 AM Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Nyeesha Blount, conducted an Unannounced Complaint site inspection to deliver complaint findings. LPA met with Director Murray, Elizabeth, also present was (9) staff member who is background cleared. LPA advised Director of the nature of the inspection. Current Census today is 16 children which consists of (16) preschool age children present. LPA obtained a copy of the children's roster, observations and staff interviews were conducted.

During the course of the investigation staff, parent, and children interviews were conducted and records were reviewed. Based on observations and interviews conducted, it was determined that although a staff person was accused of being under the influence of substances while caring and supervising day care children, they did not present any signs of being under the influence. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did occur, therefore this allegation is Unsubstantiated.
