On November 19, 2021 at 8:45 am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Simerjit Kaur met with Director Shubra Gupta for an Case Management inspection, which was initiated by the licensee. This facility was on inactive status effective 10/8/2021 and would like to be placed back on active status.

LPA toured the facility with the Director Shubra Gupta. There were 15 children and 2 staff members present during the inspection. The facility was toured for a health and safety inspection. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 7:15am to 5:30pm. Facility is currently licensed for Kindergarten Room under the preschool licensee. . The room has operable 2 toilets and 3 sinks for use by the children. The isolation room will be director's officeFacility play yard was inspected and is currently being kept neat and orderly. LPA discussed the importance of keeping hazardous items out of the reach of children.

Teacher Sarika Bhopal has current First Aid/CPR, which expires on 11/4/2022. Director has current First Aid/CPR, which expires on 11/4/2022. Per director, there are multiple fire extinguishers, carbon monoxide and smoke detectors, which meet the State Fire Marshall standards by Bay Alarm Company.

Facility is approved to be taken off of Inactive Status effective as of today's date, 11/19/2021. The facility will be operating on school-age program from 11/22/2021. No deficiencies cited today.

An exit interview was conducted with Director Shubra Gupta.
Notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
