On January 4, 2023 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Russ Haderer arrived unannounced to follow up on a complaint filed November 8, 2022 and amend the original findings to break out the allegations to address them separately. On arrival, there were 138 children and 24 staff present, the center director Ms. Rania Al-Nazer and assistant director Ms. Selva Namokarean. The school is in ratio today.

LPA toured the facility with the director and reviewed the complaint findings. LPA and center director signed all the LIC9099 complaint reports.
