25 | On May 28, 2025, at 9:45am Licensing Program Analyst (LPAs) Randy Miranda and Kassandra Medrano met with licensee Naomi Saeki for the purpose of conducting an unannounced annual inspection for the health and safety of children in care. Living in the home is the licensee and her two adult children. Present for today’s inspection was licensee and 6 children in care (two 3-year-old, two 2-year-old, one 10-month-old, and one 5-month-old). The hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm.
The facility is a single-story home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a living room, dining room, kitchen, attached 2-car garage, front, side, and back yards.
On-limit-areas: Living room, dining room, kitchen, bedroom (napping area) at the end of the hallway, bathroom on the right side of the hallway, side yards, and backyard.
Off-limit-areas: Two bedrooms, attached 2-car garage, and front yard. All off-limit areas are inaccessible by closed and/or locked doors and visual supervision.
ISOLATION AREA will be in the living room area. When a child shows signs of illness, they will be separated from other children in care.
There were ample age-appropriate toys that were observed to be safe and in good condition. The home is relatively clean and neat, with heating and ventilation for safety and comfort. LPA did not observe any hazardous materials, toxins, or bodies of water that were accessible to children on the premises during the inspection.
