On 10/29/25 at 8:32 am Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Mario Caro conducted an Unannounced Continued Complaint Investigation and met with Director Wazhma Masarweh. During the visit there were 18 Preschool aged children in care and 5 additional staff. During today's visit LPA observed classroom activity, interviewed staff, interviewed children, and Delivered findings.

An allegation was made that Staff locked a day-care child in the facility restroom. Interviews indicated that while a child was taken in the bathroom to be calmed down during nap time, staff were in the restroom with them with one door open and the lights on. The allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED which means although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur. No Deficiency has been cited for this allegation. Finding was delivered. Exit interview conducted and report was provided to Director Wazhma Masarweh.
