Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jyoti Saini arrived unannounced to deliver the findings from a complaint investigation for the above allegation and met the Director, Haneen, Asad Halim. In addition to the director, there are 16 children and 5 staff members present today.
Based on interviews, record reviews, and observations, it is concluded that the facility operates under two part-time preschool programs; -9:00am-12:00pm and 12:00pm-3:00pm and The facility also operates after school program under the heritage license from (12:00 pm- 6:30 pm). Based on interviews with the Staff and Director, the facility mentioned that no known incidents happened in the facility that might have endangered the child's life in care. The Director shared the "ouch report" folder with the LPA, which had no incident recorded in August. Although the allegation that a Daycare child choked another child in care may have happened or may be valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is found to be 'Unsubstantiated.'
Notice of Site visit was provided. An exit interview was conducted, and the report was reviewed with the Facility Representative, Haneen Asad Halim.
