On December 13,2024, Licensing Program Analyst met with center director Linda Sahgal to discuss the self reported unusual incident that occurred on 10/14/24. Per director, an upset parent informed her that their child reported that another child hit them with a toy hammer.

Today there are 48 children present along with 11 staff, including the director who says no children were left unattended on this day and no one witnessed a hitting incident between children.

Based on record reviews and interviews, this analyst is unable to determine if such incident did or did not occur, therefore there are no deficiencies cited today.

An exit interview was conducted with center director Linda Sahgal.
