Surface of the outdoor activity space was observed to be in safe condition and free of hazards during today's inspection. Director was reminded that the wood chips around and under the swings must be redistributed to provide enough support to absorb falls. There were no bodies of water observed. Drinking water is readily available to children during indoor and outdoor activities via a filtered water pitcher and children's own personal water bottles.

File Review: Children sign in/out procedures are conducted electronically via ProCare which is application accessible by an electronic tablet located in each classroom. Logs were reviewed and found to be accurate. All children were signed in by their authorized representative with full electronic legal signatures. A sample of five Children's files and all Staff files were reviewed.
