Staff handled daycare children in a rough manner.
INVESTIGATION FINDINGS:

On 08/04/2022 LPA Singh met with Director, Cynthia Jackson-Burns to deliver the findings for the above allegation. It was alleged that Staff handled daycare children in a rough manner. LPA Singh conducted interviews with, Director, multiple Staff, parents, and have made observations. Throught the interviews it has been stated that the staff members and Director handle children in a professional manner at all times. Observations were made and staff and Director deal with children in a professional and respectful manner.

Based on investigative findings, although the allegation may have happened or be valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated at this time.

The facillity was provided a copy of the appeal rights. An exit interview was conducted and a copy of the complaint investigation report was provided.

On 08/04/2022 LPA Singh met with Director, Cynthia Jackson-Burns to deliver the findings for the above allegation. It was alleged that Staff does not treat daycare child with dignity and respect. LPA Singh conducted interviews with, Director, multiple Staff, parents, and have made observations. Through the interviews conducted and observations made the staff treat children with dignity and respect. Parents have also confirmed the staff are always respectful to the children and provide great care.

Based on investigative findings, although the allegation may have happened or be valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated at this time.

The facillity was provided a copy of the appeal rights. An exit interview was conducted and a copy of the complaint investigation report was provided.

On 08/04/2022 LPA Singh met with Director, Cynthia Jackson-Burns to deliver the findings for the above allegation. It was alleged that Staff made inappropriate comments to daycare child. LPA Singh conducted interviews with, Director, multiple Staff, parents, and have made observations. Through the interviews it has not been stated that Diretcor or staff have made inappropriate comments to children. During LPA's observations staff or Director have not been observed making any inappropriate comments to the children or other staff members.

Based on investigative findings, although the allegation may have happened or be valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated at this time.
