25 | On 03/04/2026 at 1:50 PM, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Liam Bucsko and Kayla Merchant conducted an Unannounced Annual Inspection for Ndeye "Nini" Diouf's Large Family Child Care Home. LPAs met with the Licensee and were guided on a tour of the facility. During today's inspection, there were 8 children in care (4 preschoolers and 4 infants) and 8 children enrolled. Also present during inspection is the Licensee's assistant who works as an Aide. The Licensee lives alone in the home. Facility hours of operations are Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
This is a two story home which consists of an upper floor and a split-level first floor. There 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, and backyard with locked shed. The second floor and upper split-level section of the first floor is made inaccessible by a locked gate. The backyard of the home borders a natural body of water (the Bay estuary) that is made made inaccessible by a fence and a series of two locked gates in the backyard.
ON-LIMIT: 2 downstairs bedrooms, attached bathroom, and backyard with locked shed.
OFF-LIMIT: 2 upstairs bedrooms, upstairs bathroom, living room, dining room, and kitchen.
Areas accessible to children were inspected to ensure that they are clean and orderly with ventilation and central heating system for safety and comfort. There were safe toys, play equipment and materials observed for children. There are stairs in the home that are made inaccessible for children in care. There is a working telephone in the home. Detergents, poisons, cleaning compounds, medications, and other items which can pose a danger to children are made inaccessible in the home.
Per Licensee, there are no weapons or firearms in the home. Licensee has an up to code 2A10BC fire extinguisher and working smoke/carbon monoxide detector on the premises.
