On 11/06/2024 at 12:30 PM, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Christina Watts and Joe Mary "Jory" Vargas conducted an unannounced Subsequent Complaint Investigation at Supporting Future Growth CDC, INC. LPA met with Director, Lois Fears and explained the purpose of today’s inspection. During today's inspection, there was 4 toddlers with 2 staff in 3 classrooms. Director stated there are 5 toddlers enrolled. The finding for the above allegation was delivered during the inspection. Complainant alleges that Parents not allowed inside the facility. During the course of the investigation, LPAs completed a physical plant inspection, reviewed facility records and conducted interviews. LPA cannot determine at this time whether the facility does not allow parents and/or authroized representatives inside the facility. Based on the interviews and information obtained throughout the investigation, the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED which means although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur. No Deficiency has been cited for this allegation. Exit interview conducted with Director, Lois Fears. Appeal rights were provided. A NOTICE OF SITE VISIT WAS ISSUED AND MUST BE POSTED FOR 30 CONSECTIVE DAYS.
