On 10/21/22, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs), Melissa Guirit and Melissa Domantay conducted a pre-licensing inspection. Present for this inspection were Owner, Krystell Guzman and Director, Rocio Guerrero. LPAs toured all areas of the facility for a health and safety inspection. No children were present at the time of this inspection. The facility license will remain pending due to the following:

- All classrooms must be fully furnished and ready children use
- Keypad must be installed on side back door, which is used to access the outdoor play area

Current measurements were done by LPAs during today's visit. However, LPAs will return to conduct a continued pre-licensing inspection once all the above are completed. Exit interview conducted with Owner and Director. Notice of Site Visit and appeal rights provided to Owner and Director.
