Licensing Program Analyst Tasha Alexander met today with center owner Marie Sholes in regards to the above complaint allegation.

Upon arrival there are two staff members present along with Ms. Sholes. No day care children are present. Today an interview was conducted with the center owner and a tour of the play ground equipment was conducted. According to interviews,on at least one occasion, preschool children were comingled with older children on the play ground.

Based on LPAs observations and interviews which were conducted and record reviews, the preponderance of evidence standard has been met, therefore the above allegation is found to be SUBSTANTIATED. California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12 & Chapter number 1, are being cited on the attached LIC. 9099D.
