13 | On 06/03/25 at 11:20 PM Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Mario Caro and Jamel Maiwandi conducted an Unannounced Continued Complaint Investigation and met with Director Letitia Medrano. During the visit there were 16 preschoolers, 8 infants, and 22 toddlers in care. During today's visit LPAs observed the facility, Interviewed children, and Delivered findings.
An allegation was made that staff are not providing adequate supervision to children in care, resulting in a child biting other day-care children. LPA Caro arrived on two separate visits and observed the facility to be in ratio, with three staff supervising 12 children. Interviews and observation indicated there has been sufficient supervision in the classroom therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED which means although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur. No Deficiency has been cited for this allegation. Exit interview conducted with Director Letitia Medrano. Appeal rights were provided.
A NOTICE OF SITE VISIT WAS ISSUED AND MUST BE POSTED FOR 30 CONSECUTIVE DAYS |
