Enforcement Analyst (EA) Megan Vigil conducted a virtual visit for the purpose of completing the required two-year evaluation and met with the Licensee, Nick Singh.

During the visit, the EA verified the posting of the license and hours, observed the operation of the business, confirmed compliance with insurance requirements, and reviewed all requested documentation, which was provided upon request. The Home Care Organization (HCO) is partnered with Honor and does not manage home care aides, as these responsibilities are handled through the partnership.

The HCO was found to be in compliance with applicable Health and Safety Code requirements. No deficiencies were cited. An exit interview was conducted, and copies of the LIC 809 Facility Evaluation Report and appeal rights information were provided via email.
