25 | On 05/14/2024 at 10:10AM Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jaleesa Jackson met with Licensee Nidhi Joshi for an Annual/Random Inspection. Present during the inspection was the Licensee, her husband, license’s in-law’s, her assistant, 5 preschool aged children, and 1 infant. Licensee lives in the home with her husband, her in-law's, and their two minor children. Licensee’s home was toured for a health and safety inspection. The facility operates from 8:30AM – 5:30PM, Monday - Friday.
ON LIMITS AREA: Living Room, Family Room, Dining Room, Bathroom #1 (first door left in hallway), Bedroom#1 (first door right of hallway)
OFF LIMITS AREA: Garage, Kitchen, Bedroom #2 (2nd bedroom on right side of hallway), Master Bedroom and Bathroom
ISOLATION AREA: Bedroom #1
The facility is a single-story home owned by the Licensee. The inside of the home was observed to be neat, with age-appropriate materials for the children. During today's inspection all toxins, cleaning products, and hazardous materials were observed to be in inaccessible areas. Licensee stated that she provides all food for the children. All food that is brought from the children’s home will be properly labeled and stored. Licensee stated that she does not provide transportation. There is one (1) fully charged 3A40BC fire extinguisher in the home. There is a working smoke/carbon monoxide detector in the home. All off limit areas are made inaccessible with gates, locks, and visual supervision. The home is equipped with central heat and air for proper ventilation. There are no firearms and no pets in the home.
