On 8/24/2021 at 9:23am Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Morgan Pringle met with Licensee Fatima Bawazir and her husband Abdul Bawazir for the purpose of a Complaint filed against the Licensee.

Based on interviews, and observations conducted it was alleged staff did not properly supervise children in care. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore, the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
Appeal Rights were given and discussed. An exit interview was conducted.
