25 | On July 29, 2026, at 2:00PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Randy Miranda met with licensee Chetnaben Parekh for the purpose of conducting a Case Management Inspection – Licensee Initiated for returning to Active Status and an unannounced annual inspection for compliance with health and safety. Living in the home is the licensee, her TB tested and fingerprint cleared spouse, adult son, and 13-year-old daughter. Present for the inspection were the licensee, licensee's spouse, licensee’s adult son and teenage daughter, and zero children in care. The hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm Licensure: Max. Cap (When there is an Assistant Present): 12 – No more than 4 infants. Cap 14 – No more than 3 infants. 1 Child in Kindergarten or Elementary School and 1 Child at least age 6. Total capacity is 14.
The facility is a single-story home with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, attached studio ADU (formerly the 2-car garage), living room, dining area, kitchen, courtyard, backyard, and side-yard.
ON-LIMIT AREAS: Living room (day care area), kitchen, dining area, bedroom attached to the atrium (for napping), main house bathroom, the courtyard area, and backyard area.
OFF-LIMIT AREAS: Master bedroom with attached master bathroom, second bedroom next to the master bedroom, studio ADU (formerly an attached 2-car garage), ADU bathroom, driveway area of the front yard and side yards.
ISOLATION AREA: Children’s indoor daycare/office room. When a child shows signs of illness, he/she will be separated from other children in care.
