25 | On May 7, 2026 at 2:30 PM., Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Elimika Woods met with licensee Ting Bao to conducted an Unannounced Annual Random Inspection. The facility operates as a large family childcare home licensed with a capacity of 14 children. At the time of the inspection, there were four (4) children supervised by the licensee (three infants and one preschool age child). LPA toured the facility with the licensee both inside and outside to conduct an health and safety inspection.
This two story home is owned and operated by the licensee consisting of four bedrooms, three bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, two playrooms, backyard, side yard and attached two car garage. The facility’s current hours of operation are Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 5:30pm.
The on-limit areas are: two (2) playrooms on the first floor, first floor bathroom, first floor bedroom facing side of the house, and a portion of the sideyard. The Isolation area of the home is both play rooms, away other children in care.
The off-limit areas are: entire second floor, kitchen, living room, downstairs bedroom facing the street, garage, and the backyard. These areas are made inaccessible to children by closed and/or locked doors and visual supervision.
The home was observed to be clean, orderly, and well maintained, and is equipped with centralized heating and ventilation to ensure the safety and comfort of children. LPA asked the licensee whether she has firearms in the home or provides transportation. The licensee stated that she does not have any firearms in the home and does not provide transportation for children in care.
At 3:00 PM, LPA inspected the side-yard area and confirmed that no pools, hot tubs, or other bodies of water were present, in compliance with childcare licensing regulations. The side-yard is fully fenced and free from defects or dangerous conditions.
