25 | Licensing Program Analyst Sidney Cortez, arrived met with licensee Ipnindera Sekhon and Chand Sekhon for a case management for an Increase Capacity Change .
Present for this visit was the licensee, his fingerprint cleared wife Chand Sekhon, and 4 children (2 infants, and 2 pre school age children. The facility currently operates from 7:00AM until 6:00 PM, MONDAY-FRIDAY. On-limit-areas are the: Living room, kitchen, dining room, bathroom next to barricade by stairs, family room, patio deck on the main level, outside the front door play area
Off-limit-areas are the: back yard area, the bedroom upstairs and the bedroom next to the bathroom in the hallway leading to the family room, the entire upper level of home. The off-limits are will be made inaccessible by closed and/or locked doors and visual supervision. The home has a fully fenced outdoor
The Isolation area will be a section of the family room away from other children in care.
There are ample age appropriate toys and furnishings that are safe and in good repair. There are no pools, hot tubs or any other accessible bodies of water. All hazardous materials and toxins are kept out of the reach of children. The home has a fully charged 3A400BC fire extinguisher, working smoke detector, working carbon monoxide detector, working telephone. The licensee Health and Safety training is completed and CPR and First Aid certificates are current and expires in MARCH, 2024. Per licensee, there are no firearms in the home. The licensee's mandated reporter training is current and expires (FEB 2025). Per licensee, there are no firearms in the home. The licensee conducts and documents fire and disaster drills twice a year with the last one conducted on MARCH 2023. The licensee is in ratio today.
