Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jyoti Saini arrived unannounced to deliver the findings from a complaint investigation for the above allegation and met the licensee, Andriana Peruazzro. Present during the inspection, there were three (3) children (two infants and one preschooler) in care.
Based on the interview, observation, and record review, the facility denies any such incident. The interview did not reveal any concern regarding diaper rash. Therefore, the alleged facility failed to meet the child's needs, resulting in a diaper rash may have happened or is valid; there is no preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur. Therefore, the allegation is unsubstantiated.

An exit interview was conducted with Licensee Andriana Peruzzaro.

A notice of site visit was posted and must remain posted for a period of 30 days.

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jyoti Saini arrived unannounced to deliver the findings from a complaint investigation for the above allegation and met the licensee, Andriana Peruzzaro. Present during the inspection, there were three (3) children (two infants and one preschooler) in care.
Based on the interview, observation, and record review, the daycare was found to be clean. Interview did not raise any concern regarding the child's cleanliness or overall care; therefore, the alleged Children are not being cleaned while in care may have happened or is valid; there is no preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur. Therefore, the allegation is unsubstantiated.

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jyoti Saini arrived unannounced to deliver the findings from a complaint investigation for the above allegation and met the licensee, Andriana Peruzzaro. Present during the inspection, there were three (3) children (two infants and one preschooler) in care.
Based on the interview, as stipulated in the admission agreement, Parents are responsible for providing food and snacks for their children. The interview did not reveal any instances where the child had not received adequate food, and no concerns were raised. Therefore, the alleged Licensee did not provide the child with food while in the care may have happened or is valid; there is no preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur. Therefore, the allegation is unsubstantiated.
