25 | On January 08, 2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lorraine Dacanay Breaux conducted an Unannounced Annual Required Inspection. LPA met with Director, Lakshmi Nachiappan also present at the time of the inspection were nine (9) staff and thirty two (32) children. LPA provided facility representative the Entrance Checklist (LIC 125). The facility was toured to conduct a Health and Safety inspection. Hours of operation 8:00 am - 6:00pm, Monday - Friday.
Classrooms: All classrooms were inspected for age-appropriate furnishings, equipment, & adequate storage for children’s belongings. LPA observed the cleanliness of floors & surfaces, the presence of a fully functional carbon monoxide detector, smoke detector/fire alarms, and a fully charged 3A40BC fire extinguisher that is accessible throughout the facility. The center is equipped with a fully stocked first-aid kit and available in the classrooms.
Food Service Areas: Facility only supply AM and PM snacks, and meals if the families request (additional fee) All center provided food items are properly labeled & stored separately from cleaning supplies. Food prep area is clean, adequately equipped, & free from hazardous materials. Snack menu is posted one week in advance, available for review, & dated. Solid waste bins equipped with tight fitting lid.
Bathrooms: Facility has separate staff and child designated bathrooms. Toilets and faucets are in safe and sanitary operating condition. The children are able to reach the sinks and toilets. Supplies are available.
Outdoor Play Area: The outdoor playground was observed to be fully fenced and free from defects or hazardous conditions. The area includes canopies that provide shade for children while at play, as well as playground equipment designed for preschool age children. All play equipment was age-appropriate and in good repair. There are no pools, other bodies of water, or free-standing water accessible to children. Director confirmed there are no pools/bodies of water at the facility.
