13 | On May 22, 2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lorraine Dacanay Breaux met with Director, Maria Acosta for an unannounced subsequent visit for a complaint filed against the license and LPA delivered the findings for a complaint investigation regarding the above allegation. LPA explained to the director the nature of the visit. Present for the visit was 53 toddlers age children in care and 18 staff this includes administrative staff. LPA toured the four (4) classrooms (4 toddler classrooms) and conducted a census. Toddler component age range is 1.5 - 3 years old. This facility does have a preschool component #015700536.
LPA Breaux toured the facility, interviewed staff, obtained documents, and facility/children's roster.
Based on the interviews and documents reviewed, this agency has investigated the complaint and deeded it UNSUBSTANTIATED. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur. Therefore, the allegation is deemed UNSUBSTANTIATED.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Appeal Rights provided. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Director, Maria Acosta.
