The applicant has submitted an application for an INFANT with TODDLER OPTION license. A health and safety inspection was conducted inside and outside. The infant program will operate in 1 classroom (Infant Room). The Toddler Option program will operate in the toddler classroom. Classrooms are equipped with varied age appropriate materials and equipment. There is a changing table within arms length of a sink. There is 1 sink located within the classroom and 3 sinks within the bathroom. Preschool library area and staff bathroom will serve as isolation area for ill children. There is a total of 2 play yards for the infant and toddler aged children. The yards are barricaded. Toddlers may utilize the tree area play yard which will be shared with preschool aged children. All food items brought from home will be labeled. Cabinets with cleaners are locked and/or inaccessible to prevent access to children. Facility will utilize electronic sign in and out.
