Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jyoti Saini met with Director Ashley Sanchez for a 10-day complaint visit. In addition to the director, 42 children and eight (8) staff members are present today. During the investigation, LPA interviewed the director and Staff and received pertinent documents.
Based on the interviews, observations, and record reviews, LPA observed that the teacher-child ratio is being maintained. Each classroom has two fully qualified teachers assigned. Furthermore, interviews revealed that no one has witnessed, if ever, any staff member being left alone with 14 children, which concludes that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is no preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur. Therefore, the allegation is "Unsubstantiated."

Notice of Site visit and appeal rights were provided.

An exit interview was conducted, and the report was reviewed with the Facility Representative, Ashley Sanchez.

Based on the interviews, observations, and record reviews, the facility revealed that during operational hours, the facility places the cone to block the parking lot in front of the school entrance, and no one is allowed to park a vehicle during operational hours. During the inspection, LPA observed four cones blocking the parking lot. Therefore, although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is no preponderance of evidence to prove whether the alleged violation occurred. Therefore, the allegation is "Unsubstantiated."
