A Prelicensing inspection was conducted today 9/5/2023 by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Melanie Otsuji. LPA met with Applicant, Anita Bolinjkar and Director Janja Colic. The applicant has submitted a NEW application for a PRESCHOOL license for 54 preschoolers. The program will operate from 8AM - 6PM, Monday through Friday, in 2 classrooms. A health and safety inspection was conducted inside and outside and the measurements are as follows:

INDOORS: 1914.71 square feet = 54 children
OUTDOORS: 2187.88 square feet = 29 children

The center has obtained an approved fire inspection clearance from the Fremont Fire Department on 8/21/2023.

The preschool rooms are equipped with varied age appropriate materials and equipment. There are a total of 4 sinks, and 4 toilets available for children use. Staff have a separate bathroom. Facility will provide AM/PM snacks with children bringing lunch from home. Menu will be posted at least one week in advance in a place visible for the authorized representative to see. Facility has a playground with age appropriate materials. Trees and Building overhang provide shade for children while on the yard. Facility will utilize the Director's nook and staff bathroom as necessary for an ill child. Cots were observed today.
