32 | Director was reminded that all adults 18 and over, including employees and volunteers, must obtain a criminal record clearance or exemption, or transfer their existing clearance or exemption, prior to initial presence in a Child Care Center. A civil penalty of $100.00 minimum/day up to $500.00 maximum per day/per person will be assessed if this regulation is violated.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
The following items are required before a license will be issued:
1. Napping Area will need to be completed and separate from the indoor play area.
2. Waiver for Toddler Play Area due to insufficient square footage base on capacity.
3. Applicant will need to include payee, Toddler Option Statement with signature area , Refund Policy, frequency, how to pay for tuition besides cash or check if applicable, basic services, 30 day notification of rate changes and termination policy.
4. Applicant will need to purchase more chairs for the Toddler Component.
5. Applicant will need to update In-Service Training with all required training and trainer. 6. Applicant will need to update Parent Handbook to show both Infant and Toddler Care and Table of Contents.
7. Applicant will need to purchase antiseptic solution, tweezers and a manual for all First Aid kits.
8. Daily Schedule and current menu need to be posted.
9. Applicant will need to provide the sizes of all Fire Extinguishers.
