13 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jyoti Saini arrived unannounced to deliver the findings from a complaint investigation for the above allegation. LPA met with director Gabriela Arrizon and explained the purpose of the inspection. Present for today's visit, there were director , and 20 staff members supervising 132 children.
Based on the interviews conducted during the course of the investigation, interviews revealed that the child was changed every time it was needed. The facility has a safe and healthy diaper-changing policy in place, which is signed and acknowledged by staff. LPA did not obtain any concrete evidence to support the allegation. Therefore, Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is deemed UNSUBSTANTIATED.
Notice of site visit was provided and must be posted for thirty days.
Appeal rights were given, and an exit interview was conducted with director Gabriela Arrizon. |
