13 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jyoti Saini arrived unannounced to deliver the findings from a complaint investigation for the above allegation. LPA met with director Gabriela Arrizon and explained the purpose of the inspection. Present for today's visit, there were director , and 20 staff members supervising 132 children.
Based on the interviews, the facility indicated that a concern had been brought to the school’s attention; however, there are no supporting documents to verify the alleged incident. The facility is equipped with CCTV cameras; however, due to the system’s retention policy, the footage could not be retrieved. The facility’s agreement states that the system’s hard drive retains footage for up to seven calendar days. Therefore, Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is deemed UNSUBSTANTIATED.
Notice of site visit was provided and must be posted for 30 days.
Appeal rights were given, and an exit interview was conducted with director Gabriela Arrizon. |
