32 | LPA reviewed 6 children's files and her assistants file. Licensee’s Health and Safety training with lead poisoning component has been completed. Licensee’s Pediatric CPR and First Aid training's are completed and expires 4/2025. Licensee’s Mandated Reporter certificate is complete and expires 4/6/2025. Licensee's assistants CPR and First Aid are current and expire 3/2026. The assistant's Mandated Reporter is current and expires 3/8/2026. The licensee has conducted and documented the fire and disaster drills at least twice a year and the last conducted drill was on 1/21/2025. All adults living in the home have obtained a criminal record clearance. All required forms are posted and visible for public view.
The home has gained a fire clearance on 2/28/2025 from the Fremont Fire Department with the condition of the garage not to be used for childcare.
All documents have been received for the increase of capacity application. The Licensee was reminded that an assistant is needed with a large family child care home license, and whenever an assistant is not present, the licensee will comply with the capacity requirements for a small family child care home.
Increase of capacity has been approved 3/4/2025.
There were no deficiencies cited on today's visit.

Licensee was reminded that all adults 18 and over living or working in the home, including employees and volunteers, except as specified in Health and Safety Code section 1596.871, must obtain a criminal record clearance or exemption, or transfer their existing clearance or exemption, prior to initial presence in a licensed Family Child Care Home. A civil penalty of $100.00 minimum/day for a maximum of 5 days or, if the penalty is for a repeat violation, for a maximum of 30 days per person will be assessed if this regulation is violated.
