13 | On March 5, 2025, at approximately 1:30pm, Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Randy Miranda met with Huiping Dang to deliver the findings from a complaint investigation for the above allegation. Upon arrival, LPA was not able to enter the facility immediately. Due to children napping, licensee was not available to answer the door. Licensee’s daughter greeted LPA and notified her mom (licensee) that LPA arrived. When LPA was granted entry, an estimated 5-8 minutes have passed before LPA initiated the delivery of findings. LPA obtained a copy of the facility roster and conducted a census. Present during the inspection was the licensee, licensee’s assistant, licensee’s two daughters, and eight (8) children in care (six- 2year olds and two- 2 3year olds).
Based on interviews, record reviews, observations, and video footage, the allegation stated above may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation(s) did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Appeal Rights provided and discussed.
An exit interview was conducted with licensee Huiping Dang.
