25 | On September 11, 2026, at 2:00 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Elimika Woods met with Licensee Yang Wang to conduct an unannounced Annual Random Inspection. The facility operates as a Large Family Child Care Home with a licensed capacity of fourteen (14) children. At the time of the inspection, there were eight (8) children in care, including four (4) infants, who were being supervised by the licensee and two (2) fingerprint-cleared assistants. LPA toured the facility with the licensee, both indoors and outdoors, to conduct a health and safety inspection.
The two-story home is owned and operated by the licensee and consists of four (4) bedrooms, two and one-half (2.5) bathrooms, a living room, dining room, family room, kitchen, laundry room, backyard, and attached two-car garage. LPA asked the licensee if there were any firearms in the home or if transportation was provided for children in care. The licensee stated that there are no firearms in the home and that she does not provide transportation for children in care. The home was observed to be clean, orderly, and well maintained. The home is equipped with centralized heating and ventilation to ensure the safety and comfort of the children. The hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
The on-limit areas are the living and dining rooms, family room, bedroom located on the first floor, half bathroom on the main level, kitchen, backyard, and laundry area. The isolation area is a designated section of the living room located away from the other children in care.
The living room and family room areas are secured with gates/barriers to prevent children from freely accessing restricted areas.
The off-limit areas are the entire second floor, the left and right sides of the backyard; the shed; and the attached two-car garage. These areas are made inaccessible to children by closed and/or locked doors and through visual supervision.
