25 | On October 31, 2025, at 1:53pm Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Randy Miranda met with licensee Linda Santos for an Announced Case Management Inspection for a Change of Location. Living in the home is the licensee, licensee’s fingerprint and TB cleared spouse, 14-year-old-son, and 10-year-old daughter. Present during the inspection were the licensee, licensee’s spouse, licensee’s son, and (0) children in care. The licensee’s home was toured for health and safety compliance. The facility plans to operate from
Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm.
The facility is a single-story home with three (3) bedrooms, two (2) bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, backyard, backyard patio, side yards, front yard, and attached two-car-garage.
ON LIMIT AREAS: Living room, dining room, kitchen, bedroom #1, bathroom #1, and backyard patio (fenced play area).
OFF LIMIT AREAS: Bedroom #2, bedroom #3 (master bedroom), bathroom #2 (master bathroom), backyard portion outside of the patio (play area), side yards, front yard, and attached two-car-garage.
ISOLATION AREA: Dining Room. When a child shows signs of illness, he/she will be separated from other children in care.
There were ample age-appropriate toys, all observed to be safe and in good condition. The home was neat and clean, with heating and ventilation to ensure safety and comfort. Safety gates were installed at the kitchen entrances for safety. A fireplace is in the Living Room and has been barricaded by a large and heavy toy shelf. Hazardous materials, toxins, and sharp objects were made inaccessible to children. |
