25 | On July 14, 2026, at 8:15 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Elimika Woods met with licensee Ayesha Mojididi for a Case Management Inspection related to a Change of Capacity request. Present during today’s inspection were two preschool-age children. The purpose of today’s visit was to inspect the home in response to a capacity change application submitted by the licensee. The home was toured inside and outside to assess health and safety conditions. The facility operates 24 hours a day Sunday -Saturday.
The home was inspected by the Hayward Fire Department on July 7, 2026, and was approved for a capacity increase to serve up to fourteen (14) children. The licensee understands and agrees to comply with the fire clearance restrictions.
The home was observed to be neat and clean and is equipped with central heating and ventilation to ensure safety and comfort. The home has a working telephone, first aid kit, a fully charged 2A10BC fire extinguisher, and a pull down fire alarm system in case of emergency.
On-limit-areas are the: Living room, infant sleeping room, garage, and backyard.
The Isolation area will be a section of the living room, away from other children in care.
Off-limit-areas are : All bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, family room, laundry room, right side yard, and left side of hallway bathroom.
These areas are made inaccessible to children by closed and/or locked doors and visual supervision.
The licensee was reminded that a qualified assistant must be present at all times when more than eight (8) children are in attendance. When an assistant is not present, the licensee must comply with the capacity requirements of a small family child care home.
The request for a capacity increase to fourteen (14) children is hereby approved. A Notice of Site Visit was provided and must remain posted for 30 days. An exit interview was conducted, and the report was reviewed with the licensee, Ayesha Mojididi.
