13 | On 8/10/2023 at 10:10am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) L. Hall to conduct an initial 10-day complaint visit and to deliver complaint findings for the allegation above. LPA met with Ferdinand Guiterrez, Administrator, and explained the purpose of the visit. LPA soke with Licensee at 11:00am, via telephone.
During the course of the investigation LPA toured kitchen and garage. LPA checked kitchen cabinets, refrigerator, and the refrigerator in the garage and observed that facility did not have a supply of nonperishable foods for a minimum of one week and perishable foods for a minimum of two days for residents in care.
