Director Miller denied withholding information from an authorized person. Kylie stated anytime the facility has had an authorized person request information the facility has provided it. Kylie stated the parents who pick up the children get the information out of the cubbies. Kylie stated there are times when their computer system rearranges the order of the emergency contacts. Kylie demonstrated this to LPA E. Laird and S. Sims. Kylie stated the facility keeps information logs so they can provide information to all authorized people. Kylie provided information logs to LPA E. Laird and S. Sims.
On 7/24/23 @1:10PM Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) E. Laird and S. Sims conducted an interview at the facility with one staff (S1). S1 denied withholding information from an authorized person. S1 stated whenever there are requests for documentation it is provided. S1 stated staff usually give the paperwork to whoever picks the child up. Staff never intentionally withhold information from an authorized person.
On 7/27/23 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) E. Laird conducted telephone interviews with child's authorized representatives. Statements from both representatives were inconsistent. Based on information provided, LPA E. Laird was unable to make a determination regarding access to camera footage.
Unsubstantiated: although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred, and the findings are unsubstantiated.
An exit interview was conducted with facility director, Kylie Miller. Report and appeal rights were provided.
A Notice of Site Visit was provided and shall remain posted for 30 days.
