All other parents stated they have not seen the facility operating out of ratio. Three parents (P1, P4 and P5) stated their children have been injured at the facility and they have not been notified or notified immediately when injury required medical attention. P1 and P4 stated their child has come home with multiple injuries and they have not been notified. Both parents stated when they asked the staff what happened that staff did not know how the injury occurred. P5 stated they were notified at the end of the day about an injury and decided to take their child to the doctor to have the injury assessed. P5 stated the physician decided to give the child stitches based on the depth and location of the injury.
