32 | S3 stated it was true they would prepare breakfast and did not have 100% supervision of children. S3 stated this lack of supervision has been addressed since the complaint was opened and now, they bring in another staff member to prepare meals so S3 can maintain 100% supervision of children in care.
Four parents were interviewed on 11/26/24 and 3/5/25 and two parents (P3,P4) indicated they have seen S3 preparing meals in the kitchen without a direct line of sight to children in care.
Based on the evidence obtained, the preponderance of evidence standard has been met, therefore the above allegation is found to be substantiated. California Code of Regulations, (Title 22), CCR 101229(a)(1) is being cited on the attached LIC 9099D.
