On 3/27/24 @ 9:55am Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Erica Laird conducted an announced case management inspection. This inspection was in response to the licensee's recent installation of an above-ground hot tub.

At 9:56am LPA Laird inspected the hot tub. The hot tub had a heavy-duty cover with four latches at the corners. The hot tub is located behind a rod iron fence which measured at 6 feet high and contained a self-latching gate.

LPA Laird took 4 photos of the fencing, gate, hot tub cover, and adult sitting on the hot tub cover.

The licensee shall submit an update facility sketch which shows the hot tub in the backyard. The hot tub currently meets Title 22 requirements for bodies of water. This report was discussed and reviewed with the licensee.

Notice of Site Visit shall be posted for 30 days.
