32 | On 5/30/24, 7/11/24, 7/18/24, 7/30/24 Investigator Krogstad conducted interviews with seven staff (S1-S7). All staff interviewed denied the allegation stating they had never observed a staff under the influence of drugs or any other substances. All staff interviewed denied seeing a staff act in an unusual or concerning way. One staff stated they were having personal issues with an ex and believe the allegations are part of a custody dispute.
On 7/11/24 Investigator Krogstad conducted interviews with four daycare children (C1-C4). All children interviewed denied seeing staff act in a way that made them uncomfortable or that bothered them.
On 5/30/24, 6/10/24, 7/11/24 Investigator Krogstad obtained records pertaining to the allegations, personnel records, facility roster, and facility personnel policies and procedures. Documents obtained and reviewed did not provide a preponderance of evidence the allegation occurred.
Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred, and the findings are unsubstantiated.
Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Sabrina Winser, administrative assistant. Appeal rights were provided.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
