32 | The classroom contains age appropriate toys and activities available for children. There are enough cubbies present for the licensed capacity. There is bark material underneath the play structures sufficient to absorb falls. There is a sand box area that will be covered nightly and playground will be checked daily for cleanliness. There is sufficient shade available for the children outside. There are no bodies of water located on the property and none are to be added without prior notification and approval of the licensing agency. Any proposed changes to the physical plant, telephone number, or change of address shall be immediately reported to the Department.
The following must be completed prior to licensure.
1. Proof of water cooler for outside.
2. Proof that outdoor ramp has railing installed so children have a safe path to outside play area.
