32 | Toddlers: will be in the partitioned off portion in room 2. There is enough indoor space for (503.18 sq ft) and outdoor space (1169.18 sq ft) for 12 toddlers. Based on the above, the maximum capacity of the Toddler children could be 12.
Infants: will be in the partitioned half of room 2 and in room 3. There is enough indoor space (457.39 sq ft) and outdoor space (936 sq ft) for 12 infants. Based on the above, the maximum capacity of the infant children could be 12.
The outdoor play area is fully fenced. There are 2 climbing structures in the preschool play yard (rated age 2-6 years and the other rated age 3 years+) There is no pool, spa, pond, fountain, or any other body of water on the premises. The poisons are locked in kitchen cabinets. There is safe and age-appropriate furniture, toys, and play equipment available for children.
Based on the above, the maximum capacity could be 24 preschoolers, 12 toddlers and 12 infants.
Cheryl Conley was reminded that all adults 18 and over responsible for administration or direct supervision of staff, persons who provides care and supervision to children, and staff who have contact with children, including employees and volunteers, except as specified in Health and Safety Code section 1596.871, must obtain a criminal record clearance or exemption, or transfer their existing clearance or exemption, prior to initial presence in a Child Care Center. A civil penalty of $100.00 minimum/day for a maximum of 5-days or, if the penalty is for a repeat violation, for a maximum of 30-days per person will be assessed if this regulation is violated.
