On 5/27/2026 at 9:02am Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Morgan Pringle met with Director Maureen Santos to deliver the findings for a complaint that was received for the allegation listed above. Present during LPAs visit were fifteen (15) preschool age children and two (2) additional staff members. The facility operates from 7:00am - 6:00pm, Monday - Friday, in seven (7) rooms on the First Baptist Church of Walnut Creek campus. The preschool is a part of the Walnut Creek Christian Academy preschool - 8th grade school. The facility is currently running their summer program that runs from May - July, 7:30am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday.

Through the investigation documents were collected and interviews were conducted. Due to conflicting information gathered LPA determined although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore, the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Director Maureen Santos.
