On August 18, 2026 at 9:20am Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Indira Loza met with Center Director Cynteria Ragler to close the complaint investigation for the two allegations listed above. Present during today's visit were 38 preschoolers and 5 fingerprint cleared staff. LPA Loza toured the center for a Health and Safety check.

During the course of the investigation, LPA conducted interviews, reviewed records, and observed the facility operations. The RP alleged that there is a lack of staff supervision which resulted in a child sustaining injuries and that the facility is out of ratio. Based on observations and interviews conducted it has been determined that although the children are sustaining injuries while in care, it is not due to lack of supervision. LPA observed the facility to be in ratio during all unannounced visits. On several occasions LPA observed one staff caring for 12 children, and there were still incidents between children that occurred while the teacher was assisting other children in care. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated.

Exit Interview conducted. Report reviewed with Center Director Cynteria Ragler and a copy provided. A Notice of Site Visit was provided and must remain posted for 30 days.
