On 2/12/2025 at 9:00am Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Tasha Alexander met with Director Jamie Czelusniak for an Unannounced Annual/Random Inspection. There are no school age children present during today's inspection. One classroom (school age) was toured for a health and safety inspection. Per director, there are no children currently enrolled for school age. The facility utilizes the school age license during school breaks/holidays. The facility operates from 6:30am – 6:00pm, Monday – Friday. The facility also holds a license for preschool, Facility #070215149 and preschool age, Facility #070215150 as well.

The facility has ample age appropriate materials in the classroom that were observed to be clean and in good condition. All toxins, cleaning products, medications and hazardous materials were observed to be in inaccessible areas. There is at least one (1) fully stocked first-aid kit on site. There is a carbon monoxide detector (located in the resource room), smoke detectors and multiple fully charged fire extinguishers as well. There are currently no medications being kept for school age children.

The inside and outside play areas are clean, free from defects with ample age-appropriate materials for the children.. LPA did not observe any harmful or unattended bodies of water in or around the facility.

The kitchen is clean, well maintained, and all hazards are in inaccessible areas. All children have access to clean drinking water in and outside of the classrooms.
Today there are no children or staff files to review. There are no deficiencies cited today.

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.

Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Director Jamie Czelusniak.
