On Thursday, March 17, 2022, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Caroline Colson met with Cindy Flores Matamores for an unannounced complaint inspection at 2:27 PM. There were nine (9) children present. Licensee arrived about 30 minutes later. An allegation was made that the licensee yells at children. Interviews were conducted. Based on the investigative findings, there is not enough evidence to prove that the licensee or a staff member yells at children. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation occur. Therefore, the allegation is Unsubstantiated.
