On 6/11/2026 at 12:00pm Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Morgan Pringle met with Director Jessica Darabi-Everett to deliver findings for a complaint that was received listing the allegations above. Present during LPAs visit were thirty-three (33) infants and fourteen (14) additional staff members. The facility operates from 6:45am - 6:00pm, Monday - Friday. The facility holds a preschool license as well (073403308).

Through the investigation files were reviewed, observations were conducted and interviews were conducted. Through interview it was stated that full supervision inside and outside is conducted at all times. It was also stated that all hazards that may be present, like broken toys, are removed before the children are present in the outside play areas. It was stated that the facility has had an issue with rodents in the past, but the facility has not had an issue with them in the past few years.

Due to the conflicting information obtained LPA determined although the allegations may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore, the allegations are UNSUBSTANTIATED.

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Director Jessica Darabi-Everett.
